My family and I are very lucky that we worked with Sidney to sell and buy houses. Sidney is a professional, experienced, and trustworthy business woman. She is also very responsive, and an amazing communicator. I worked with a lot of agents before, when I was buying my first house, then when I was trying to buy our second house, then we got to know Sidney. I consider Sidney THE BEST real estate negotiator. Sidney also helped us negotiate with lenders to get the best loan and rate at the time. Our situation was a little complicated because we wanted to sell our home and buy another home at the same time. We also had so many conditions that we were looking for in our new home, for example we needed to be close to Downtown portland, we needed a large house with at least two masters/living spaces, we needed a big yard for the kids to play etc..... Sidney was there for us in every step regarding both selling and buying houses. On the selling side, Sidney had a marketing plan ready for the house, she put the house on the market at the right time and after it was perfectly staged for the buyer to come look at it. She gave us feedback from potential buyers to make adjustments in the house where needed, and we did exactly what she asked us to do, I believe we had three open houses and within two or three weeks we had a solid offer, no question about that. On the buying side, given the conditions we had in the new house, it was challenging to find one but Sidney would filter through listings and send to us daily. And she opened houses that we were interested in to look at. I am very happy that we decided to work with her on both selling and buying. My family and I consider Sidney now a family friend. I will work with her in the future for sure. And I highly recommend her to my friends, and family.

What sets Sidney aside is the guarantee to either purchase your home or represent the sale at no cost if you aren't satisfied with the home for the first two years.
